What I've learned
Because of this research paper I've learned a lot more about our food than I knew before. Had I known a lot of this information beforehand I would have changed a lot of eating habits between then and now. I say this because I have already seen a lot of changes in my mindset about food. For example, before this paper I was completely fine with eating microwaveable food. But now I find it super uncomfortable and feel like I can almost taste the plastic and radioactivity. To add on, my paper was about food additives. The food additives I learned to fear most were artificial sweeteners and artificial food dyes. This has made my cereal habits more cautious. As I ate a bowl of fruity pebbles I began to think of all the effects the bowl could possibly have on my body. Because of this, I can say with certainty that I would have easily decided against the food additive lifestyle years ago. Knowing this information would have saved me years of unhealthy food

This was really good. Helps me appreciate and recognize the effort and learning of something new. It's great that you started to pay attention to things that we didn't know.
ReplyDeleteI am totally with you, ever since we have focused so much on the food we consume daily I have become more aware of what and how much I eat. I wish I would have researched this earlier rather than now!
