I kind of want some In n Out right now

My mindset hasn't really changed on manufactured meats and dairy products. This research project has made me more open-minded and I'm more conscious of what's in my food, how it was made, and where it comes from (at least where I think it comes from). I just feel that in our country, we do whatever we have to in order to survive. If I went back 4 years with all this knowledge, I don't think I would change anything about my eating ways and habits. I just see it as a way of life. I choose to eat meat while the next person only eats vegetables. People pick and choose their own lifestyle and make their own decisions. That's just how it is and how it's been in my opinion. I would try to educate more people and make them aware of where and how their food is processed. People deserve the right to know where their poultry products or meat products come from. This research essay really opened my eyes and I'm more cautious of what I consume now.

  1. I agree with you, it is a way of life. We choose what we eat because we like it and that can't really change. I do agree that people deserve to know about their food but at the same time, I don't really thing it would make a bulk difference in our society. as children we developed things that we really like eating and that is usually food that isn't so healthy.

  2. I agree with your statement in the fact that most people eat what they want. Most people just eat what tastes good but not what can be healthier for them. We just need to change the mindset of most people, they need to know what will help them have a better life.

  3. We all have the freedom to choose what we eat and how we eat. I believe that by making people aware of what they are eating it will help them make healthier and wiser food choices. I honestly agree that it really is just a way of life. We can't force people to stop eating meat or to stop consuming something. The only thing we can force is informing people. After that, it is up to them to decide what they will do with that information.
