Those that hide under the bridge.
Technology has grown immensely in the past few years and it has rooted itself into our lives. Our lives revolve around the internet, social, media, phones, computers, etcetera, etcetera, and there is no way to really escape the growing tentacles of technology. There are endless benefits of course but it has sprouted problems and negative things as well, one being internet trolls. I never understood how someone can be so big and brave, and say such terrible things through a screen but in person you'd never expect them to even hurt a fly. Its like meeting two different people but its always just been one. This power of being able to do and say what you want without anyone finding out who did or said it, has created opportunity for people to abuse the power. There is a big difference between giving a nice constructive criticism comment on someone's work and making them feel like they're worthless and stupid for their work. Trolls always say something from the dark depths of underneath the bridge or more realistically from behind the protection of they're screen. I feel that there should be a police force made for the internet to try and somewhat curb all the bad, ugly, and sinister things that happen on the internet, because as we continue to progress with technology its going to continue to open up more and more possibilities for problems to emerge. If we don't start now who knows what we will see in the future 15 years from now.

I totally agree with what you said, sadly social media has taken over much of society and in a more negative way then positive. People are living fake lives and trying to prove others wrong at the same time. I often wonder what life would be like without technology, would there be less anxiety, fake relationships and bullying. Trolling comes from being insecure about one self and they feel like they need to pick on someone else to make them self feel more powerful and better due to past experiences for them. Eventually it will die out but for now we have to ignore it as a society.
